Welcome to Spiritual Direction Retreats

Spiritual Direction Retreats give each participant a renewed understanding in recovery of four basic questions:
    - Who am I?
    - Where have I come from?
    - Where am I going?
    - What do I want?

What is Spiritual Direction?
We are spiritual beings on a human journey. A Spiritual Director enables a
person to find the spiritual in all the events, people, and circumstances of
life and to embrace the struggle of accepting our humanity as we learn to
balance our light and darkness.

As the participants take a new look at the 12-Step recovery process, they will learn to utilize these steps in their lives for issues such as trauma and grief.
